Stephanie Lee is a passionate communicator, teacher, leader, and follower of Jesus who encountered Him at 19 years old; an experience that transformed her life forever. For nearly 30 years, Steph has devoted her life to helping women, teens, children, and families know and experience the deep love of God.

She has led and taught in churches, living rooms, university groups, women’s gatherings, and ministry spaces both locally and around the world. In 2013, she founded You Are, Inc., an intergenerational, interdenominational nonprofit ministry that creates spaces and resources for women and families to encounter God, connect with one another, discover who they are in Christ, and be equipped to impact the world for His Kingdom.

Steph believes deeply in the power and gift of team. Some of her greatest joys have been building alongside people she loves; working shoulder to shoulder with gifted friends and leaders who share a passion for Jesus and a desire to see others flourish. She believes ministry is better together, and that God often does some of His most beautiful work through relationships, collaboration, and community.

Steph brings authenticity, joy, creativity, and a deep sensitivity to the Holy Spirit in everything she does. She loves people deeply, is passionate about creating meaningful community, and has a gift for making people feel seen, known, and loved.

But her favorite roles are being wife to her husband, Brian, and mom to their four amazing kids. She loves gathering people around a table, cheering loudly for her family, dreaming up new ideas, and saying yes to whatever God puts in front of her.

Whether she’s leading a ministry event, teaching a room, creating something new, encouraging a friend, or walking her dogs, Steph is passionate about one thing above all: seeing people experience God for who He really is and, because of His presence, live abundant and purposeful lives.
