Kathryn Gardner

Kathryn Gardner is a wife, a mom, a pastor, and a lover of all things that bring people together. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, she and her husband Nick have been married for almost ten years and are parents to their miracle baby boy, Josiah.

Before stepping into full-time ministry and motherhood, Kathryn spent ten years in both public and private education—pouring into students and learning the beauty of investing deeply where God plants you. Now, she pastors alongside Nick at Citizens Church in Bryan-College Station and as the Director of the YouAre Conference, where her heart comes alive creating spaces where Jesus is welcomed, honored, and made much of.

Kathryn loves big tables—both the literal ones you sit around and the figurative ones you feel invited to. She believes everyone deserves a place to belong and to encounter the love of Jesus. Those who know her say she’s a gatherer, a lover of moments, and someone who finds deep joy in slowing down long enough to take it all in.

Her family’s mission is simple: to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth—healing hearts, displacing darkness, loving boldly, serving humbly, and making room for everyone at the table.
