Flip Flippen, the Chairman of the Flippen Group, and a NY Times best-selling author, has successfully launched nine companies and won the EY Entrepreneurship of the Year award with his wife, Susan. Texas Monthly voted the Flippen Group the #2 Best Company to work for in Texas.  Under his leadership, tens of thousands of corporate executives, professional athletes, and industry and church leaders have achieved significant improvements in their performance and productivity.

Before starting his career in the corporate world, Flip worked as a psychotherapist for 16 years, helping gang kids in our community. He established an outpatient clinic for at-risk youth and founded Still Creek Boys Ranch, a 500-acre residential facility in Bryan.

Flip has an unwavering mission “to build relationships that bring out the best in people.” Along with his wife Susan, they have raised 20 children including adopted, and grafted-in kids from diverse backgrounds, Flip and Susan have been serving the Bryan/College Station community for years and continue to make a positive impact both locally and globally.
