Brian Lee
Brian graduated from Texas A&M in 2002 and received his M. Ed in counseling in 2009. After spending a decade serving in the Texas public school system as a teacher, coach, and principal, Brian transitioned into the non-profit sector, becoming the President of Beta Upsilon Chi (BYX), a national Christian fraternity on 38 university campuses. He served on BYX staff for 10 years, before launching into the business sector with Third River Consultants, a consulting firm he co-founded. In addition to serving in various leadership roles in both the educational and non-profit arenas, Brian has played a key role in starting a variety of different organizations, including IMPACT at Texas A&M, One Hope Movement, Deer Creek Camp, Arrow Academy, and Third River Consultants.
Brian, his wife Steph, and their four children reside in College Station, Texas where they are both deeply connected to their community. Brian is passionate about investing in men, developing leaders, and creating healthy cultures in organizations and ministries where employees can flourish and reach their full potential.
